How to make app android / ios and web at the same time

I have thought of making an app and a web with ionic, I do not want to make the web on one side and the app on the other because I am the only programmer of the company and it is not viable.

What would be the best way to do this? Compiling for android / ios and for web?

I have explained badly, I mean if it is feasible to carry out a project on ionic as much as to compile on android / ios and web.

or do the apps on the one hand and the web in a defiant way without using ionic.
