How to List Images and Videos from device gallery

Hello all,

I working on an ionic app with capacitor and would like list all media files from the device gallery (Android for now).
I tried use Photo Library plugin but this doesn’t seem to work with capacitor and from the description, only lists images.

What i want is a way to list show images and videos in app, from the device. Can anyone help point me in the right direction or advice as to how to go about this?

Hello. I’m about to implement a similar feature. Did you eventually solved this problem?
I’ll see if I can achieve something with the Capacitor File System Plugin
