How to add elastic effect after user scroll to bottom in android?

Hi everyone,

In ionic 1, we had has-bouncing=“true” . But in ionic 3, There isn’t has-bouncing, is it ? I spent so much time to found bouncing functionality in ionic doc, but I found nothing. Thank for any help.
