How i run my ionic 1 application on cli 3 using the serve

When i was trying to get the output of my application through the
$ionic serve
then i got the error

The webpage at http://0.0.0.0:8100/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Try opening localhost:8100 while ionic serve is running.
