How do i build an app for android 2.3?

I understand that Ionic is primarily supporting 4.1 and above, but according to the github page, ionic has scaled down support for android 2.3? Looked around the docs and I’m not seeing anything about building for diff sdk targets – what am I missing?

Just a heads up, we are not supporting android 2.3 in any way, shape, or form.
