Header and Footer - Dont be fixed

I tried to make header and footer dont scroll with ion-content in vain.

Ionic have some way to not fixed header and footer. Let them scroll with the site ??

I want to scroll the content but header and footer not scroll with the “ion content” they be statick one top and bottom page.
When i am statick isnt be fixed, you know?

When scroll the “ion-content” i need that header gone and when scroll get of the bottom of the page footer appers like a normally website. They are part of the scroll on in front of them with scroll between them.
