Hard disk memory loss when running XCode build

Hi,

I noticed that each time I run an XCode build, some memory is “wasted” regarding my hard drive.
I can pass from 12 Go to 8Go if I execute it about 20 times consecutively without restarting the computer.

Have you experienced the same thing ?
