[forum] Notification bar for updated topics not readable

Hi there,

when using this forum, after a while a blue notification bar pops up on top of the topics list to inform me about new or updated topics. Unfortunately I cannot read the message shown on it (“See [x] new or updated topics”), since the text color is the same as the background color.

Seems like the CSS is missing something like

.show-more.has-topics span { color: #fff; }

I am on Windows 10 and have this issue in Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge.
