Flickering inputs

Hello,

I am having issues with flickering inputs shown in this video

Does anyone know what is happening?

I am running on Android 6.0.1 on Samsung Note 4 using ionic run android.

Ionic CLI Version: 2.2.1
Ionic App Lib Version: 2.2.0
ios-deploy version: Not installed
ios-sim version: Not installed
OS: Windows 10
Node Version: v6.9.4

Oops,

Here’s the video

I also had issues scrolling the page after an input is focused then unfocused. It will flicker for a while and I am able to scroll again.
