FCM notification not receiving when app is killed in android

notification not receiving when app is killed in android device using ios is working perfect any solution?

I was trying FCM notification same as in the ionic framework documentation and follow the lisen events on notifcation everything working fine only purticular devices are not working model(onePlus and Mi mobile) other devices like moto is working fine
