Difficulty starting a project with ionic 2

I’m starting to ionic 2 and when I ran the following command, which is in the ionic doc:

Ionic start cutePuppyPics --v2

When checking the structure of the folder came as if it was the ionic 1. Could anyone help me? Sorry for English, I speak Portuguese and I have not mastered English yet.

What version of the Ionic CLI do you have installed? Type ionic -v to find out.

Try:

sudo npm install -g ionic

and then:

ionic start cutePuppyPics --v2

Thanks, after I ran this command I got to download the ionic V2
