DevApp Cordova Plugin not Installed

I have add “cordova-plugin-googleplus” (version ^5.2.1) to my project. I am attempting to test with the Ionic DevApp. However, I am getting an error thrown that the plugin is not installed.

I found an older thread that said that the DevApp comes with a standard list of Cordova plugins pre-installed. Is there any way to know what is on that list? Also, at this point, can we influence that list locally?
