Design System tool like Storybook.js / Fractal.js?

Hi people.
I’m trying to create en entire DS from my current Ionic App.
I run 3.9.6 version with Angular 5.0.1 version.
Storybook.js doesn’t work, cause exception.
Another tool? Stencil.js DS is not open.
Have an idea? Or I need a framework like DOCZ / PATTERNLAB / FRACTAL to bootstrap a new project and merge / integrate / create component inside??
