Custom webview

Hello all!

I am developing an application with phonegap, aiming to deploy this app to ios and android devices.

Here’s my question: Is it possible to open a webview with a custom toolbar and menu with ionic?

For a better understanding, I would want my webview to look like this:
(left-menu , toolbar / navbar)

I apologize, I realize this is probably a trivial question for you guys, but I would like to feel confident and safe continuing with this project knowing this webview is possible with ionic / js / angular before spending too much time.

I find it hard to believe nobody would know whether or not this is possible. Just looking for a Yes/No. No need for any other help

I believe what you are describing is a fairly standard and well-supported use case for Ionic.
