Cursor from input text area is moving along with the scroll with open keyboard in ionic 1.3

I am facing an issue in my iOS mobile application build with ionic1 framework and angularJS.
To be specific, the cursor from input text area is moving along with the scroll with open keyboard.
Please find the screenshot attached.

Expected behaviour?
Hide the cursor while is scrolling.

Test Scenario:
Ionic Version: ionic 1.3.3
Devices: iphone and ipad
Versions: IOS 11 & 12
