Creating new app

Hi,
anyone had this problem, i created new app: ’ ionic start testapp sidemenu’, all went ok, but when i try: ‘ionic cordova platform add android’, it says:

[WARN] About to integrate your app with Cordova.

and i cant do anything with cordova. Is this slowly dawn of cordova?

I had the same thing and suddenly I installed capasitor and it works

Are you still using cordova then?
