Cordova Bluetooth plugin to send JSON data between devices cross-platform

I am looking for a Bluetooth plugin on Cordova that will be able to send JSON between two devices. This plugin does not work because it cannot send iOS to iOS or Android to Android. Is there a plugin (LE or not) that can send data from either iOS or Android to another device that is either iOS or Android?
