Content overflowing the Popup on Android 4.3 (API 18) and older

I verified this issue on Android API 16, 17 and 18 with Genymotion and API 17 with Samsung Galaxy Tab E 7".

  • Ionic 1.7.16
  • Cordova 6.2.0
  • Mac OSX 10.11.6
