Capacitor storage plugin not saving data locally?

Hello,

i’m building an offline app 100% and i worked with Storage
it works fine in browsers when i generate the apk the data cleared after closing and removing the app from the background ???
is there any ways to save data locally (key, values)
ps : not looking to use SQLITE

I guess i missed with some capacitor configs that cuz this issue, I created another project and everything is working fine.
