Im trying to set my app icon, im building with the ionic hub but its still showing a blue sky icon. All in me config.xml looks ok
Please provide more detail. Did you have create the cordova resources with ionic cordova resources as explained here? If you have and you have a folder resources/android and resources/ios where the icon is set correctly, try removing the platform and build again.
If you are seeing the incorrect icon on your Android, you should delete the app on your device and then reboot it. I have found that icons seem to be cached by the OS.
