Can someone help me to update ionic library and angular version

Hi Ionic team,
I would be grateful if anyone would help me in updating ionic library .
Current ionic lib version : 1.0.0 beta 14
ionic cli version : 1.6.1
angular version 1.3.6

Run the following command:

ionic lib update

If I run ionic lib update … I’m getting the blank page
