Can ionic team include media capture plugin to ionic view upload?

Hi ionic team,

I am having difficult to test media capture features on ionic upload without having the supporting plugin on ionic upload. Do you have a plan to support this plugin? Can anyone suggest an alternate way to test plugins not supported by ionic upload?

My App plays sounds and I’m unable to test it on Ionic View because this feature is still not supported.
Is this plugin going to be added?
