Can I run a Ionic 1 project in Ionic 2 environment?

I need to know coz I have a ionic 1 project but afraid of upgrading my environment to ionic 2 i can’t find anywhere that confirm my question plz can some one do so?

What do you mean by “Ionic 2 Environment”?

I have the same issue. I have an ionic v1 application and for some reason the ionic-cli now installed is ionic 3. I tried going through all the commands but can’t find ionic add lib anymore.

Am I supposed to download the CDN and include them in my index file now?

I don’t use bower to build that app but npm and webpack?
