You have provided wrong path.
As your config.xml states that your images should be in project root folder->resources->android->icon folder.
But instead you have put those images in project root folder->platforms->android->res.
replace those images in project root folder->resources->android->icon folder.
I also have a image on project root folder->resources->android->icon folder.

You will get push notification in tray when your app is closed. phonegap-plugin-push will work fine in every case. I can help if you provide the snapshot of your push code. It’s working fine on my side.

Native: tried calling OneSignal.getIds, but the OneSignal plugin is not installed.
