Anyone know a Angular Video player SDK or Cordova plugin to play 360video on phone?

I want to build a VR video / 360 video app like the one YouTube have on the web. When embed the YourTube video, the video just play as HTML5 video and lost the panning control. Is anyone know a SDK out there for Ionic to build video player that can play 360 video and VR video?
