Angular 9 - NGCC fails with an unhandled exception Solution

i had the problem with NGCC compiler in ionic angular project and did many way to fix it but could not help to me.

i fixed this problem with below solution but do you now any other way to fix it??

I tried to open extension list in vscode like below image and select Angular Language Service extension. and open extension settings then uncheck below two items and reinstall node module.

this solution worked for me now i hope it can help the others too
