About upgrading app

Hi,
I have a ionic 1.0.0-rc.2 app. Now i want to upload again to Google Play store and iTunes.
The problem is the app is old so many things changed to pass the Xcode/Android studio validations.

So i have 2 questions:

  1. How to make a new updated blank app if i have the www content?
  2. Is easy to create a new app v2/v3 having that www folder?
