REQ: Swipe to Navigate Back, iOS7-style

An implementation of the Swipe Back Paradigm would close the last obvious gap between a native and Ionic based iOS7 app. This is standard behaviour for iOS7 navigation controllers, and excellently implemented here, including the attached fade-out behaviour of the Titlebar elements:
