Will PWAs run on Apple laptops and mobile devices if run from the Chrome browser?

Per https://blog.ionicframework.com/prime-time-for-pwas PWA support at the moment is only in the developer versions of Edge and Safari.

Chrome for iOS relies on the WebKit rendering engine rather than Google’s Blink engine.
