Which Software is used for this Forum

I would like to change our organisation Intranet and to move to Ionic. One important element of our intranet is the forum. I see that you have alose a forum on your web site. Your forum is based on an existing “popular forum” or have you build a new forum ? Is this forum connected to a MySQL DataBase ?
