[V4] ionic serve white screen and freezing [FIXED]

Hello

but was working fine for some time, then updated my repo form a linux pc and now shows a white screen and cannot fine where the issue is

ionic serve on fresh apps src folder works fine, when i try my folder i get the following

Im thinking it storage related

the issue was in app-routing.module.ts
when ionic updated there must have been a change.

i pulled a fresh v4 and checked each file

PreloadAllModules was missing
