Unable to command 'ionic start'

Here’s error log.

I don’t know why this error occurs. There was no problem of creating new project with ‘start’ command last week.

I am facing the exact same issue on my laptop. It was working fine earlier, but it suddenly stopped working. I tried reinstalling everything and disabling anti-virus and firewall, but in vain.

I am exactly facing the same problem…
but when i try to keep going until i run in emulator…it doesn’t affect anything

it still running in emulator
