Styling the Ionic Native Date-Picker

I´m using Ionic4 and the Ionic Native Datepicker (https://ionicframework.com/docs/native/date-picker).
In fact I´m working on a Dark Mode theme for my app. The question: How can I style the Date Picker with CSS? Is this possible? There are other ways to style the date picker?
