Stop scrolling up when ion-infinite-scroll fetch more data

hello everyone
i have problem in my apps in ionic 4
when i scroll down and fetch more data the spinner showing correctly but my app waiting
data to show to allow doing any thing like scroll up or move to another Taps
help ?
