SOS, SAVE LITTLE POOR GUY, [WARN] Error with .\www\lib\ionic\version.json file: FILE_NOT_FOUND, trying .\bower.json

Hi. I have been fixing this problem, for like 3days. Please save me :smile:

It used to work like a month ago, But suddenly,
When I run “Ionic serve”, it shows me
[WARN] Error with .\www\lib\ionic\version.json file: FILE_NOT_FOUND, trying .\bower.json.
and in Web Browser, there is an empty page.

I tried " npm install -g cordova" to try to set as a global package and also didn’t work and suddenly it changed to local package.
