I’ve been fighting with this for hours but I have had no luck. I created a button component that should trigger a modal and handle the response in the component.
I just can’t get the modal to display. I don’t know why the modal/popover system was changed. It worked beautifully in Ionic 3. 
I’ve added the ModalPage to the app.module, i’ve added the components the the parent page’s module. Has anyone here managed to show a Modal from a component?
