I’m not sure when this stopped working, but you can see it on the Ionic docs too if you use chrome:
Each of the sliders inside the phone should be a different color.

I didn’t check on iOS, but on Chrome 50, Firefox 46 and Android 5.1.1 the color has indeed disappeared from ranges.
