Push notification in ionic version 1

Can anyone tell me how to use push notification in ionic version 1??

I use cordova-plugin-local-notification it works well, but it depends of what you need. Maybe you can tell us more about what you search ?..

I want to implement alert functionality . In this functionality admin can create alert message for other user. And user will get this alert message as a push notification on their mobiles. it should not be like user have to login in order to see that alert message.
