Publishing app to Google Play manually

Hello there, anyone here tried publishing their app to Google Play/App Store without using the Ionic Pro dashboard? I’m on the process of trying to publish my first app to Google Play (a very simple app by the way). I already tried googling here and there, but I can’t seem to find something that works.

I already red the Ionic Pro docs and it seems you need to upgrade your account to a paid plan in order to publish your app.
