I have an Ionic 4 project that I am using capacitor for device integration. I need to play a sound effect natively, and I am unable to find a capacitor API. Is this one that I should use the Cordova/Ionic-Native plugin for? Are there issues with running Capacitor AND Cordova in the same project?
