Creating an app which needs data-transfers over wifi/hotspot without internet. Can someone from community shed some light about which plugins to use and/or how to achieve it in ionic 4?
Also, I think webserver plugin should be used, but I don’t understand how to use it, i.e., is it to be used with internet or without internet(wifi/hotspot only)?
