sounds like internet connection problems or your npm version is not correct.
default npm version of node 4.2.1 should be 2.14.7 and not 3.3.8

Thank you so much! My node and the NPM version is up to date, I try to use a stable version to install.

Don’t use Node 4.x on Windows, it has many issues. Use 0.12.x
