Need review on Ionic CLI 3.7.0 before I update

Please my configuration below:

@ionic/cli-plugin-ionic-angular : 1.3.1
Cordova Platforms               : android 6.2.3
Ionic Framework                 : ionic-angular 3.5.0

System:

Node       : v8.1.2
OS         : Windows 10
Xcode      : not installed
ios-deploy : not installed
ios-sim    : not installed
npm        : 5.0.3

I need to know reviews.
Is there anyone having problem wth this new version of Ionic?
I have read that ionic cordova run is not wrking in this new version anymore.
Please share other errors as well.

I had some problem with a very special project, but in general everything is working fine now.

@Sujan12 is Ionic CLI and Ionic the same thing?

Ionic CLI is ionic on the command line which got a 3.7 release a few hours ago.
Ionic (Framework) is ionic-angular from your package.json file.
