Navigate to a Page using <a href> html tag

Hi guys!

How can I navigate to a Page using a href tag ?

For example:
I have 2 Pages which are Page A and Page B
In Page A.html, I wrote a href tag as a link to Page B

How exactly can I do that ? Thank you!
