Modal on android tablet show fullscreen instead of windowed (like ipad2)

Hello,
in my new app i have a problem, ionicmodal show correct on iOS (full screen on smartphone and windowed), but in Android tablet show fullscreen like smartphones.

How can i change my style.css to correct this?
