Measure data/traffic usage of my app

Hey guys,

I build an app with Ionic 4.
I use the wordpress api to get some content (news) and json-files to load some more statistics.

How can I measure the data/traffic usage of my app in debug mode? The app runs on iOS and Android devices, is there any plugin or can I measure it with Google Chrome Webtools? Or do you have any other ideas?
