"Locking" the scrolling of ion-content in one direction / how to disable elastic band animation in one way

Hey there,

I’m using an ion-content that uses elastic band scrolling. I’m wondering if it’s possible to disable the elastic band animation when scrolling up, but keeping it when scrolling down?
