Is the dark theme still available

The docs here, say there is a dark theme available.
Is that true?

Also the docs seemed to versioned: v2, but my tool says:
(master)$ ionic --version 1.7.10

Ami just on the wrong tool version?

Sorry for the confusion, I had googled my way into the v2 docs, without understanding the big v2 jump.
