can i use 3.7.0 for production and can i update on for whenever new update version will be available

What 3.7.0 are you referring to?

The most recent Ionic Framework (ionic-angular) version is 3.6.0 - and is stable to used in production.
The most recent Ionic CLI (ionic) version is 3.8.1 - and is also stable to be used for development of production apps.

As I said, there is no Ionic Framework 3.7.0 yet.
