iOS App stuck at white Screen after SplashScreen

Hi Guys,
I am trying to get my iOS App to run. Android works totally fine.
The build with XCode succeeds and the App is fully installed.
The App ist starting, the Splashscreen shows and after that, the Screen stays white.
No matter how long I wait. Same thing with the emulator and a real device.

I have the cordova plugin firebase-x installed, which might cause the problem.
What the app does however, is registering the token to the firebase database. so this seems to be working…

I am new to developing with Apple, so the console output of XCode is very cryptic.

I even tried to look at possible outputs with safari technology preview but it couldn’t connect to the iPhone., but the device does at least appear in the drawer…

First You are using UiWebView. You should switch to the newer WKWebView (https://ionicframework.com/blog/understanding-itms-90809-uiwebview-api-deprecation😃
Second: The Error is very clear in the log:

It seems like this is an other problem. I tried to re build the project, now this error seems to be gone.
But the build always fails.
The Error message is:
diff: Podfile.lock not found
diff: Manifest.lock not found
the sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile. Try pod install

I tried pod install and pod update several times, and adding those files manually to the build phase.
I looked through so many forums and really nothing helped…
I contacted the apple developer support… lets see if they are able to help…

It was the Firebase Plugin. Not sure why, but when I removed it, the app works fine on real device and emulator.

I have the same problem and I tryed to use the Onesginal plugin and the Firebase plugin. I can build, but in emulator my screen still white, even my splash is not showed.

I can’t found a push notification that work. :frowning:

Same problem here, @Sunny595 have you find some way of running Firebase and not get the white screen?
@EinfachHans how can you use firebase on ionic and WKWebView?

Have you solved the error? I have a similar issue on my iphone 8 after i tried jailbreaking on it. There was a white screen on my phone, I dont know whether it was due to this or some other problem.

I Had the same issue…i spent 2 days in searching…first please remove spalsh screen plugin cordova-rm-splash-screen and try it with removing platforms and latest platforms.it works for me…
cordova plugin rm cordova-plugin-splashscreen and add latest version.
